Send your document ahead by WhatsApp or through the form. We check it for completeness, the correct stamp paper value and the prescribed fee, then confirm exactly what to bring — so one visit is enough. Same-day digital copy, original couriered.
Notarisation itself requires you to sign in person before the Notary. Everything before and after that step can be handled online.
What it costs
Fees, stated plainly
Notarial fees are prescribed under the Notaries Rules, 1956 and are charged at the prescribed rate. No fee above the prescribed rate is charged for notarial acts.
For drafting and advisory work, the fee is confirmed in writing before any work begins. There is no charge for an initial enquiry.

Documents to bring for notarisation
- • Original document(s) to be notarised, along with one clear photocopy of each.
- • Valid government-issued photo ID: Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence or Voter ID.
- • Two passport-size photographs for affidavits and Powers of Attorney.
- • Non-judicial stamp paper of the required denomination (we can advise you on the correct value).
- • Supporting proofs referenced by the affidavit (address proof, degree, marriage certificate, etc.).
- • For company documents: authorised signatory ID, board resolution and company seal.
